The Puntland government signed the contract for the construction of the Port of Bosaso to the company (Mar Marine) today. Puntland Minister of Ports and Maritime Transport Ahmed Yasin Salah, General Manager of Mar Marine Company Nabil Milad Abou Rjaili and Suhail Al Banna, one of the senior executives of DP World, has officially signed the contract for the construction of Bosaso Port.
Bari Regional Governor Abdirisaq Ali Said (Shahadoon) and Bosaso District Governor Hassan Abdel Hassan participated in the event. According to a statement from the Ministry of Ports of Puntland, the first part of the construction of Bosaso Port will officially start on January 24, 2023.
